Q: What do I receive as a Premium Member?

A: As a Premium Member, you’ll have access to all past and future video lessons & tabs on the site. Tabs in the member area are direct PDF downloads.

Q: How will I access the lessons & tabs once I become a member?

A: When you become a member, you’ll create a username and password. You’ll use this to log in to the member area, where all the material will be.

Q: What if I have a question about something on the website?

A: Please ask! You can contact me directly at info@pickinlessons.com. I’m happy to answer anything!

Q: How do I sign up?

A: Just click this link: Become A Member. Create your username & password details then continue on to the secure PayPal site for payment to complete your Premium Membership subscription. Please note: you will require a PayPal account to complete the payment and manage your subscription.

Q: Can I view the materials on an iPad or other tablet device?

A: Absolutely! Tablets devices work very well for viewing the material.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The current cost of a Premium Membership is:

  • 12 Month Premium Membership – $210 USD (Billed every 12 Months) – Equivalent to $17.50 USD/Month;
  • One Month Premium Membership – $35 USD (Billed every 30 days);
  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay securely via Paypal.

Q: Can I pay with a currency other than USD?

A: Absolutely! PayPal will handle the currency exchange during the payment process.

Q: What if I don’t have a PayPal account?

A: It’s free and secure to set up a PayPal account. Visit the PayPal website  to find out more. Please note: to become a Premium Member, you will need a PayPal account.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel anytime before a new billing cycle by visiting Account > Membership Info. Click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button, you will then be forwarded to PayPal to complete the cancellation. Once logged into your PayPal account, go to Settings, and click Payments > ‘Manage Automatic Payments’.

IMPORTANT (Please Read): If you don’t complete the cancellation with PayPal and don’t receive confirmation that the cancellation was successful, you will continue to be automatically charged. Clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button on pickinlessons.com alone will not cancel your membership. Please get in touch if you are not sure, before your next renewal date, as there are no refunds once a renewal is complete.

You will continue to have access to the entire site until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods. You can also cancel from within your PayPal account. (Please Note: You will remain on the same pricing plan indefinitely until you cancel or upgrade your membership, regardless of any changes to a membership price. If you cancel and then rejoin, you will need to sign up to the current membership pricing options).
